Sagamok First Nation is located on the north shore of Lake Huron. It is a beautiful community whose name means 'two points joining'. Sagamok's culture and language is Anishinabek and is made up of the Ojibwe, Odawa and Pottawatomi tribes. Also known as the Three Fires Peoples, the community members of Sagamok number well over 2000. Constance Lake First Nation does not accept solicitations, shipments or invoices by email or otherwise without an approved and per-authorized purchase order. Renovations and expansion to the Community Hall were supported by the Government of Canada through the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program. Ed’s family would like to thank nurse Kristie for her kindness and care given to Ed and his family, the Batchewana First Nation Bingo Hall and The Batchewana First Nation Elder Committee. Donations in Ed’s name can be made to The Heart and Stroke foundation and would be appreciated by the family.
